We are working with an 80 unit apartment complex in Geneseo who is in need of extra help in the main office!
Affordable housing experience is great, but not necessary for this position. We could consider Part time for the right person with Affordable experience.
Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred.
Pay rate is $20/hr
The schedule is 8:30am – 5pm Mon-Fri
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails.
- Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process.
- Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and collecting information for application processing.
- Managing leasing tasks such as lease signing and performing other administrative duties..
- Overseeing resident service requests to ensure their quality and timeliness (Submit and follow up)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
- Experience with RealPage- Onesite is preferred.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish (preferred but not required)

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
