Pay: $22-25/hour
Schedule: 40-hours per week, must be flexible to work 8-hour shifts during the hours of operation, must work 1 late shift per week

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Patient Care Coordinator / related experience
- EMR experience (practice uses eClinicalWorks, NaviNet, Helio – training provided)
- Orthopedic/Pain Management experience highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Triage and manage calls from patients/pharmacies/insurance companies and other facilities
- Schedule patient appointments
- Complete online insurance verification
- Follow up with patients regarding missed appointments
- Ensure patients have completed prescribed testing (imaging, labs, etc.) and have follow-up appointments schedule with their physicians
- Ensure all documents are properly completed by their physicians
- Prepare forms as requested by patients such as disability, MVA, etc.
- Handle all attorney requests for their legal documents
- Manage authorizations for motor vehicle and workers comp patients
- Monitor webchat via Snap Engage daily and respond to appropriate parties
- Manage calls from hospitals and physician offices and route calls to appropriate parties
- Handle and coordinate the doctors’ daily schedules, including their calendars
- Create electronic medical notes including general notes and telephone encounters as necessary
- Inform patients about the practice CDC guidelines and requirements
- Interact with other departments within the organization
- Work as a liaison between patients and providers
- Perform other duties as requested by management
