$100k – 120k salary range
Starts off in office during training period, then develops into hybrid (2 days remote / 3 days office)
We are looking for someone in the 100-120K range who has experience managing an hourly field team, cases, dispatching, etc. The position is based out Franklin, MA. There would not be too much travel unless there were unresolved issues in the field. Once fully trained, two days remote and three in the office.
- This role would be great for the person who has worked in field work for a while, now looking to manager and no longer travel
- Recently, there have been 4 or 5 of the field reps hired on. Due to this growth, strong manager needed to help continue growing the team! National exposure for field techs includes: Atlanta / Los Angeles / Virginia&Carolinas / Dallas, etc. All field roles domestically are somewhat local to major cities / airport hubs
- This is a brand new created position because of the growth of the field team / company. Reliving responsibilities from Tech Director and main Field Trainer
KEY Technical exp:
- 5+ years prior field service management experience in a capital equipment company
- Medical device company preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Local Area Networks, computers, disk drives and data management.
- Experience with digital volt meters, oscilloscopes, laser power meters, optical alignment tools and specialized test equipment.
