Occupational Therapist
Full-Time | $65,000–$70,000
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to support youth in residential group homes in the Springfield, MA area. This role involves traveling to local residential homes and providing hands-on therapeutic support to at-risk youth.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions

Lead and model activities of daily living

Teach and role model age-appropriate social and living skills

Provide structure and support routines within the home environment

Support the program’s treatment philosophy

Assist with household tasks including meal preparation, cleaning, and organizing supplies

Maintain professional boundaries and effective communication with youth and staff
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred, but not required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Ability to pass CORI, DCF, and driving background checks
-
Willingness to complete required trainings (e.g., CPI, CPR, First Aid) upon hire
