Occupational Therapist
Full-Time | $65,000–$70,000

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to support youth in residential group homes in the Springfield, MA area. This role involves traveling to local residential homes and providing hands-on therapeutic support to at-risk youth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans and therapeutic interventions

  • Lead and model activities of daily living

  • Teach and role model age-appropriate social and living skills

  • Provide structure and support routines within the home environment

  • Support the program’s treatment philosophy

  • Assist with household tasks including meal preparation, cleaning, and organizing supplies

  • Maintain professional boundaries and effective communication with youth and staff

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred, but not required

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass CORI, DCF, and driving background checks

  • Willingness to complete required trainings (e.g., CPI, CPR, First Aid) upon hire

Additional Details:

  • Position is full-time

  • Travel between local residential homes in the Springfield area

  • Interviews will likely be conducted in Easthampton, MA
