Dental Assistant
Pay rate: $23-28/hour (based on experience)
Location: Washington, DC
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:15am – 4:15pm
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1-2 years of dental assisting experience
- Dental Assistant License in DC or eligibility to obtain the license
- X-Ray Certification or eligibility to obtain the certification
- CPR certification
- Experience working in the dental field required
- EMR experience
- Experience working with the following dental office equipment: Autoclave, X-ray machine – Pano, Panoramic X-ray, X-ray processor, X-ray duplicator, ultrasonic, Oxygen and Nitrous Oxide, Intra Oral camera and hand pieces.
- Ability to take radiographs, including FMX, Pano and anterior PA’s
- Experience taking blood pressure and reading monitors
