PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

  • Directs the daily oversight and operations of the Office of the President. Supports the coordination of routine activities as well as special functions.

  • Organizes and manages complex scheduling for the President’s calendar, ensuring timely updates; prepares and assembles critical materials and documents related to ongoing responsibilities. Provides assistance with calendar oversight, travel planning, and expense reporting through Concur.

  • Delivers administrative assistance including drafting correspondence, transcription, document preparation, spreadsheet management, filing, and maintaining records.

  • Proofreads, revises, interprets, and monitors data within Excel spreadsheets.

  • Acts as a representative and point of contact between the President and external parties. Responsibilities include screening visitors and calls, responding to inquiries with professionalism and discretion, taking accurate messages, and directing communications to the appropriate channel.

  • Handles incoming correspondence by opening, routing, distributing, and composing responses on behalf of the President when necessary.

  • Plans and coordinates leadership team meetings by developing agendas from provided topics, issuing invitations, sending reminders, and reserving meeting space.

  • Records and distributes detailed minutes for leadership and ad-hoc meetings promptly.

  • Drafts and formats general correspondence, including memos, with minimal supervision.

  • Adheres to banking regulations and company policies related to legal and procedural compliance for the role.

  • Consistent attendance and reliability are fundamental to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

  • Three to five years of administrative support experience desired.

  • Previous experience in a professional or corporate environment is strongly preferred.
