Hiring for a Customer Service Rep in Burlington, MA.

Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5PM
Pay: $23/hr 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency when it comes to answering customer inquiries, complaints, and other requests
  • A competitive spirit and a drive to meet/exceed both company and individual goals
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • PC proficient, Microsoft Office skills required – especially Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, good follow-up, quick to adapt to new tasks and have an exceptional work ethic
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm 

Customer Service:

  • Provide account information to customers including but not limited to account balances, histories, order status, and pricing.
  • Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate for their situation.
  • Research special products within product line to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendor contacts to ensure customer orders are kept on track.
