Temp, ~2 month assignment
Location: Float between Phoenixville & Pottstown offices
Pay: $19-22/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, shift can either be 8:30AM – 5:00PM or 7:30AM – 4:00PM
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Patient Access Representative or similar
- Experience with EMR, Centricity is a plus
- Must have experience/knowledge of different insurance
Responsibilities:
- Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients leave the office
- Review instructions for studies scheduled with patients
- Enter charges as the patient is leaving, as well as during downtime
- Call patients to confirm appointments
- Receive, greet, and direct patients
- Verify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at the time of check-in
- Collect co-pays
- Other duties as assigned
