We have partnered with a long standing manufacturing company in Wallingford who is looking for 2 Customer Service Reps to help with increased business.
Hours are 8:30am – 5pm Mon-Fri and paying $23-24/hour
Summary
Qualified candidates for this position will provide customer service support such as order reviews, data entry, customer invoicing, and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Customer Service team
- Data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Complete Order Entry Review Checklist for each order processed
- Daily invoice distribution to customer accounts via email
- File, archive, and assist with general office duties
- Coordinate customer data requests for Times
- Generate and distribute weekly reports to Customer Service team
- Back up the switchboard when required
Qualifications/Requirements
- Highly organized and personable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with ERP systems – preferably Oracle
- Able to communicate effectively in a variety of ways – phone, email, etc.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus
