Customer Service Rep

We have partnered with a long standing manufacturing company in Wallingford who is looking for 2 Customer Service Reps to help with increased business.

Hours are 8:30am – 5pm Mon-Fri and paying $23-24/hour

Summary

Qualified candidates for this position will provide customer service support such as order reviews, data entry, customer invoicing, and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Customer Service team
  • Data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Complete Order Entry Review Checklist for each order processed
  • Daily invoice distribution to customer accounts via email
  • File, archive, and assist with general office duties
  • Coordinate customer data requests for Times
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports to Customer Service team
  • Back up the switchboard when required

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Highly organized and personable
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with ERP systems – preferably Oracle
  • Able to communicate effectively in a variety of ways – phone, email, etc.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus
