About the role:
This role will manage a team of account managers and work cross departmentally between sales, production, customer service, customers, vendors, quality and other management.  

  • Leading a Customer Service team – motivating, training, answering questions, solving problems to create a collaborative and positive team culture and happy customer.
  • Drive process improvement.
  • Partner with departments to ensure a there is a cohesive business and happy customer.
  • Manage budgets and purchases.

What we are seeking:

  • 4-7+ years in customer service 
  • Management of a team of 3+ within Customer service
  • Experience working and collaborating with different departments
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing or packaging
