About the role:
This role will manage a team of account managers and work cross departmentally between sales, production, customer service, customers, vendors, quality and other management.
- Leading a Customer Service team – motivating, training, answering questions, solving problems to create a collaborative and positive team culture and happy customer.
- Drive process improvement.
- Partner with departments to ensure a there is a cohesive business and happy customer.
- Manage budgets and purchases.
What we are seeking:
- 4-7+ years in customer service
- Management of a team of 3+ within Customer service
- Experience working and collaborating with different departments
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or packaging
