A leading, values-driven consumer products company is seeking a Compensation & HRIS Manager to join its Human Resources team. The Role
The Compensation & HRIS Manager will oversee compensation strategy, manage HRIS systems and reporting, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. This is a highly visible position that partners closely with leadership to design programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting company growth and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities

Lead compensation strategy, including salary structures, bonus programs, and performance management.

Conduct market analysis and provide insights on competitiveness.

Manage HRIS data, reporting, and employee records.

Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and training initiatives.

Partner with management on budgeting, workforce planning, and organizational charts.

Mentor and support HR team members to foster collaboration and professional growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of experience in compensation, HRIS, and HR operations.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Effective communicator with the ability to influence across all levels.

Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.

Self-starter, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details

Travel: up to 10% (domestic & international).
