A leading, values-driven consumer products company is seeking a Compensation & HRIS Manager to join its Human Resources team. The Role
The Compensation & HRIS Manager will oversee compensation strategy, manage HRIS systems and reporting, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. This is a highly visible position that partners closely with leadership to design programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting company growth and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation strategy, including salary structures, bonus programs, and performance management.

  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on competitiveness.

  • Manage HRIS data, reporting, and employee records.

  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and training initiatives.

  • Partner with management on budgeting, workforce planning, and organizational charts.

  • Mentor and support HR team members to foster collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6+ years of experience in compensation, HRIS, and HR operations.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence across all levels.

  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.

  • Self-starter, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details

  • Travel: up to 10% (domestic & international).

  • Compensation package includes competitive salary plus bonus.
