We are seeking a talented and motivated Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting function and ensure accurate financial reporting. This individual will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, month-end processes, and supporting organizational financial goals. The role reports directly to senior leadership and is a full-time, first-shift position (Monday–Friday).
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements

Improve existing systems and processes to streamline accounting operations

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions

Process payroll and maintain employee benefit systems (401K, insurance, etc.)

Oversee the General Ledger and ensure timely monthly reporting

Manage month- and year-end close activities
-
Support budgeting, forecasting, and product costing efforts
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare for audits

Research and resolve financial discrepancies

Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA certification preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role

Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics GP (required)

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues
