Pay: $34-53/hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Accounting environment
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business
- Must have experience with Excel, Workday systems, and other equivalent accounting software/systems
Responsibilities:
- Analyze bi-weekly payroll audit reports of time entered by department managers in Workday’s Time and Attendance
- Work with department coordinators in making corrections
- Work in conjunction with Alight (third-part support) to define new reports to improve the auditing process when changes and additions to policies and procedures are done
- Bi-weekly timely processing of payroll in the Workday system
- Prepare bi-weekly analysis of payroll activity including errors analysis for discussion with the Human Resources Department and employees not paid
- Prepare, review, and distribute bi-weekly, post payroll audit reports used to identify employees and managers for the non-compliance payroll deadlines as needed
- Work with Payroll Manager on system and process improvements to streamline payroll operations
- Administer T-Pass Program, 401k Loan maintenance and employee Garnishments that are separate from the normal HR benefit transactions
- Document all payroll processes to create payroll user’s manual and bi-weekly audit check list as necessary
