Customer Service Representative – French (Canadian) | Fully Remote
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in French (Canadian) to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will respond to a wide range of phone and email inquiries, providing detailed knowledge of insurance and annuity products while representing our fraternal organization with professionalism, courtesy, and positivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage callers, ask probing questions, and analyze concerns to provide accurate responses.

Utilize internal systems to access and deliver information on life insurance (old and new), annuities, cash values, taxation, settlement options, and fraternal rules.

Follow procedures for the release of policyholder information, assess needs for Home Office support, and escalate requests as appropriate.

Review and respond to email inquiries or redirect to the proper department.

Serve as a liaison between the organization’s website and internal departments.

Translate documents and communications between French and English as needed.

Stay current on organizational developments by reading departmental communications and product updates.

Perform other customer service duties as requested by your supervisor.
