About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects and be proficient with Procore project management software. This is a local, on-site role, and candidates must reside within commuting distance of our office and project sites.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Use Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and project communication
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed to specifications, on time, and within budget
- Lead and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites
- Identify and resolve potential issues or delays proactively
- Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment as needed
- Provide accurate and timely project reporting to internal teams and clients
- Ensure proper project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and documentation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Proficiency with Procore required (please highlight in your application)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, and job site coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
