Key Responsibilities

Qualify incoming Wedding, Catering, and Social event inquiries to assess business potential.

Develop and present customized proposals, conduct site tours, and secure bookings through effective communication and client engagement.

Prepare and issue contracts, manage deposits, and follow up to ensure timely completion of all booking requirements.

Plan and execute assigned Weddings, Corporate, and Social events from inception through completion, including tastings, banquet event orders, room block management, and post-event billing.

Collaborate with all operational departments to ensure seamless event delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations and company standards.

Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring all event details are clearly documented and executed.

Monitor hotel room block performance, adjusting allocations as needed while maintaining contractual commitments.

Partner with Banquet Team members and other departments to ensure smooth event transitions and superior guest experiences.

Build and sustain strong vendor relationships, updating preferred vendor lists and ensuring timely, accurate referrals.

Represent the organization’s mission and values through daily actions, promoting a culture of service, professionalism, and excellence.

Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

In-depth understanding of the hotel, catering, and event industries.

Proficiency in Sales Force, Amadeus Room Diagramming, Knowland, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Opera preferred.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic business needs.
