Property/Maintenance Manager

We are working with a 30 unit affordable property in the Northeast section of DC that is in need of a Manager to handle Maintenance and Administrative/Property duties.

Pay range is $25-33/hour with a schedule of 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

This role will oversee all Administrative, Leasing, Compliance, and Maintenance needs at the property.  The Home office is able to assist with as much as possible and train the new Manager as needed.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of property upkeep, including responding to tenant requests, performing routine inspections, coordinating repairs, and managing vendors.
???????They ensure the property is safe and well-maintained through both proactive and reactive maintenance, which includes budgeting for repairs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsible for the daily operations of an affordable housing property, focusing on tenant eligibility, lease compliance, and maintaining the property’s status for tax credit programs.
Key duties include managing resident certifications and re-certifications, collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with government regulations like LIHTC and HUD.
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills to oversee leasing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
