Maintenance Manager
Type: temp to perm
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Requirements:
1 year of applicable work experience
Ability to handle Maintenance and Administrative/Property duties
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills to oversee leasing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all Administrative, Leasing, Compliance, and Maintenance needs at the property.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of property upkeep, including responding to tenant requests, performing routine inspections, coordinating repairs, and managing vendors.
Ensure the property is safe and well-maintained through both proactive and reactive maintenance, which includes budgeting for repairs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key duties include managing resident certifications and re-certifications, collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with government regulations like LIHTC and HUD.
