Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Behavior Analyst to provide direct services and consultation to students, staff, and families. This role focuses on promoting positive behavior, developing and implementing behavioral assessments and interventions, and collaborating with school staff and outside agencies to support student success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to develop interventions for students PK–12.

  • Conduct and interpret functional behavioral assessments to inform intervention strategies.

  • Develop and implement positive behavioral intervention plans to address student behavior concerns.

  • Collect, analyze, and use data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.

  • Train and support school staff on ABA principles and behavior management techniques.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes.

  • Attend IEP meetings as needed to provide expertise in behavioral interventions.

  • Support students with communication or autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.

  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst.

  • Knowledge of ABA, single-subject experimental designs, and behavior intervention strategies.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and work as part of a team.
