Affordable Housing Property Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at our 500 unit affordable housing communities. The right candidate will be a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures compliance, and is dedicated to building strong resident relationships.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of property operations to achieve occupancy, financial, and compliance goals

  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 regulations, including annual/interim certifications, voucher processing, and agency inspections
  • Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maintain high resident satisfaction and retention
  • Manage property budgets, financial reporting, vendor contracts, and capital improvements
  • Supervise and develop the on-site team, fostering accountability and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • Must have: Minimum 3 years of Property Manager experience in affordable housing (LIHTC and Section 8 required)
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD/agency compliance, and affordable housing program rules
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, reporting, variance analysis)
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Salary : $85,000

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
