.Summary: The entry level Maintenance Mechanic is a hands-on problem solver with basic skills in general maintenance, repair, and upkeep. You are the kind of person who sees a broken fixture and is already thinking through the fix. All work must be performed within the budgeted standards in a safe, efficient, and professional manner while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
Essential Duties
- Respond to routine service requests in areas like plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building upkeep.
- Assist with preventive maintenance to help ensure long-term functionality and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of workspaces, tools, and materials.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Effectively communicate, integrate, and ensure compliance with all policies in all operations.
- Coordinate the performance of work following specifications and work plan.
- Perform work in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with company and OSHA rules and regulations
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Basic knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and HVAC

Education and Certifications:
