Paralegal – Public Finance
The paralegal supports multiple attorneys within the public finance practice, handling both billable and non-billable matters. This role involves document drafting, transaction coordination, research, and compliance work related to municipal securities and public financing.
Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal documents, resolutions, and closing materials.

Conduct legal research and gather due diligence materials.

Coordinate transaction closings, assemble signature packages, and organize final binders.

Maintain organized records and communicate with clients and transaction participants.
Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in public finance or municipal bonds.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency with legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
