Position: Customer Support Specialist
Location: On-site Warwick RI 
4 Month Contract to Hire

We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll support clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients, responding to questions and requests by phone and email.
  • Provide clear, professional communication and ensure client needs are met promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure tasks and requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collect, review, and track required information or documentation to support client activities.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with reporting or administrative functions.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture and assist with other projects as needed.

About You

  • Passionate about delivering great customer service and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new tools and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, office support, or administration preferred (training provided).
