Salary: $62,000 – $65,000 (~$28-31/hourly)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Requirements:
- Seeking bright and well-spoken professional
- Must have experience working in high-end customer service
- Medical experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet and schedule patients
- Escort patients into the exam room
- Verify patients’ registration forms and collect further information if need be (insurance, consents, etc.)
- Collect patient and post-patient payments
- Call for specimen puck up and update specimen logbooks
- Tidy the exam room in between patients and load supplies
- Clean medical instruments, autoclave etc.
- Assist the Office Manager and financial administrative staff as needed
- Prepare printouts for meetings
- Maintain providers’ meeting schedule
- Ensure charts are compete and provider’s dictate operative reports
- Manage patient flow and remind provider’s of upcoming events and appointments
