Medical device sales company looking for temporary customer service support.
Type: temp contract only for 6-8 weeks for now – will start ASAP
Hours: M-F 8a-4:30p
- Ensure quality customer service, oversees the daily operation of services for the practice and the execution of contracts, deposits and billing.
- Greet new and existing patients like they are family.
- Schedule patient’s appointments either in person or over the phone.
- Handle a three-line phone system.
- Call established patients for their yearly checkup.
- Maintain patient’s files abiding by HIPAA regulations.
- Respect patients by recognizing their rights; maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledgeable in verifying patient’s insurance eligibility and benefits through all insurance carriers.
- Prepare and distribute mail using USPS or Federal Express.
- Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available.
- Prepare and generate reports for the clinic and the home office.
- Must be knowledgeable in Word and Outlook
