Real Estate Legal Assistant – Downtown LA
Midsized law firm seeks an experienced legal assistant to provide administrative and transactional support to real estate attorneys. Responsibilities include drafting, editing, and proofreading documents; preparing closing binders; coordinating lender and due diligence materials; processing client intake forms; managing calendars, meetings, and travel; handling client communications; and organizing files in the firm’s document management system. Position also involves billing review, expense reporting, time entry, and maintaining attorney contacts.

Requires 3+ years of legal administrative experience in real estate transactions, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

 

Salary $75-100,000
