Executive Assistant

Published November 5th, 2025

Growing systems. Small but mighty team. The satisfaction of bringing order to meaningful work.

We’re seeking one exceptional individual to become the owner’s right hand. After years of steady growth, we need someone who can organize the founder’s world so he can focus on what he does best—building the future of the company.

THE ROLE
You will serve as executive assistant to the owner, managing his schedule, priorities, and daily operations. Your work will ensure he’s prepared and positioned for success every single day. You’ll bring order to chaos, systems to ad-hoc processes, and precision to the everyday.

No two days will look the same. You might coordinate trade show logistics, manage podcast scheduling, build filing systems, organize travel, decorate the office, coordinate with craftspeople, or handle customer communications. This role demands flexibility, initiative, and exacting standards.

THE REWARDS
You’ll become indispensable to both the founder and the future of this growing small business. You’ll be part of a values-oriented, close-knit team where your contributions have a direct impact. When the business thrives because you’ve created order and kept things running smoothly, you’ll know you made that success possible.

There’s no corporate hierarchy here—just the opportunity to be a key part of something authentic and lasting, supporting real craftsmanship and building systems that endure.

WHO YOU ARE
You’re the person whose car is always clean, whose calendar runs like clockwork, whose home is in order without effort. Organization isn’t a task—it’s who you are. You thrive on structure, take pride in precision, and can’t rest until things are running smoothly.

You’re proactive, detail-driven, and confident enough to take ownership and communicate clearly about what you need to succeed.

Experience as an executive assistant is highly valued, but what matters most is your natural inclination to create order. Maybe you’ve been the one who plans the friend group trips, runs the family schedule, or builds systems no one else thought to create. Whether you’re early in your career or seasoned in support work, what matters is that you have the instinct to bring structure to everything you touch.

THE TRUTH
If you want a predictable, routine desk job, this isn’t it. But if you find fulfillment in bringing order to meaningful work, thrive on variety, and want to help build something real—this opportunity is waiting for you.
