Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Palm Beach County, FL (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members

  • Manage front desk operations, including mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed

  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation

  • Assist the leasing and investment teams with client communications and general office coordination

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front office role

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
