Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Palm Beach County, FL (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members

Manage front desk operations, including mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation

Assist the leasing and investment teams with client communications and general office coordination

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front office role

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
