Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule meter replacement appointments.

  • Create, update, and close service orders.

  • Track progress of meter replacements and follow up as needed.

  • Communicate with customers and field staff.

  • Maintain accurate records and data entry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred.

  • Experience with service order or utility systems is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to stay organized and manage a high volume of tasks.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
