Hours: M-F, either part time (2 days per week) or full time (5 days per week) office hours

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer injections
- Patient triage
- Specialty testing
- Assisting with in-office procedures
- Documents emergency measures.
- Documents in EHR.
- Patient education
Requirements:
- Active CT LPN State license.
- Active BLS Certification.
