Role: Apartment Repair and Maintenance Technician
Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM, M-F (Hour lunch)
Salary: $22-23/hour
Major Responsibilities:
- Plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
- Janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
- Assisting with apartment turnover
Location: East Orange, NJ
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- 1-2 years of repair work experience required
- Experience with apartment/home repair
