Senior HR Generalist 

Base compensation: 90,000-95,000

The Senior HRG – Manufacturing is responsible for managing Human Resources activities in a manufacturing environment.
This role requires a deep understanding of HRG practices, labor laws, and the unique challenges of the manufacturing industry. The HRG will work to optimize workforce performance and ensure a compliant, safe, and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, etc.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in HR preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR software (HRIS) and payroll systems.
