HR Manager
Base compensation: $105,000.00 – $110,000.00
Bonus: 7%
The HR Manager – Manufacturing is responsible for managing Human Resources activities in a manufacturing environment.
This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and the unique challenges of the manufacturing industry. The HR Manager will work to optimize workforce performance and ensure a compliant, safe, and productive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, etc.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software (HRIS) and payroll systems.
