Testing Workstream Lead
This role owns and drives the testing effort supporting State Street Alpha and CRIMS implementations, coordinating execution across internal teams and external partners. The individual is responsible for organizing test activities, keeping execution moving through daily oversight, and maintaining clear visibility into progress, risks, and open issues. They act as the central point of alignment for testing, ensuring dependencies are managed, issues are resolved efficiently, and results are positioned for business readiness and approval.

Required Experience:

Asset management or investment systems testing background
Proven UAT experience on large platform implementations
Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS / CRD) experience required for Front Office Tester role
State Street Alpha experience strongly recommended
Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently
