HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities
· Administer and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all team members.
· Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve workplace conflicts in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
· Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.
· Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.
· Coordinate performance management activities, such as annual reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and workplace productivity.
· Provide guidance and support to management and staff regarding HR best practices and procedures.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
· 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and employment regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
· Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
· HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
· Experience in employee training and development.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Manufacturing and service industry experience a plus
