Production Operator – Boston, MA
Hours: Monday – Friday: 1st & 2nd shifts available
Available Positions & Pay Rates
First Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)
- Bureau Machine Operator — $20.09/hour
- Milling & Embedding Machine Operator — $20.35/hour
Second Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm)
- Personalization Machine Operator — $19.01/hour
($1.50/hour shift differential – Total Second Shift Rate: $20.51/hour)
Position Duties:
- Troubleshoot equipment and make real-time decisions to maintain production flow
- Set up, load, and unload product from machinery
- Inspect materials for quality and separate defective items
- Meet or exceed established production targets
- Follow work instructions and document/report production results
- Adhere to security policies and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Position Requirements:
- Ability to read and follow work tickets, policies, and procedures
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses)
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
