Pay: $20-24/hour
Schedule: Per Diem, Fridays and Saturdays, 7AM-3PM
Potential opportunity for variable days Monday through Thursday
Requirements:
- National Medical Assistant Certification / Registration
- BLS Certification
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
- Experience performing phlebotomy
- Experience administering injections
Responsibilities:
- Support physicians and other staff members in performing physical examinations and other procedures
- Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs), Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), and other medical screenings
- Measure vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height)
- Administer injections / vaccinations
- Perform blood draws
- Record information in patient charts
- Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients
