Staff Dentist – General Dentistry

Location: Hudson Valley Region, NY (commutable from Kingston and surrounding areas)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary starting around $140,000, depending on experience + $15,000 sign-on bonus

Position Overview:
Seeking a Staff Dentist to provide comprehensive general dentistry services in a patient-centered, community-focused environment. This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career dentists looking for strong clinical exposure, mentorship, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dental care, including:

  • Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning

  • Restorative dentistry

  • Prosthodontics (removable and fixed)

  • Oral surgery and extractions

  • Endodontics / root canal therapy

  • Periodontics and preventive care

• Interpret diagnostic imaging and radiographs

• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR

• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active or eligible New York State dental license

• Experience preferred but not required — open to new grads and early-career dentists

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Interest in serving a diverse, community-based patient population

• EMR experience preferred
