Clinic hiring for FNP or PA
Must have primary care or urgent care experience
Temporary (3 months)
Hours: M-F with 5x8s preferred, 4x10s considerable, one Sat per month

Responsibilities:
Provides ongoing high quality primary care to clients.
Performs clinical procedures competently.
Works collaboratively with members of the interdisciplinary team members providing medical support and consultation as necessary.
Maintains and documents the problem oriented medical record accurately after each client visit and monitors health maintenance checks of patient panel.

Requirements

APRN Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program with a specialty as a family nurse practitioner.
PA: Graduate of an accredited Master program in the study of physician assistant.
