Growing Manufacturing facility local to Lakeland, FL looking to add to their busy customer service team!
Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact for customer calls coming in
- Handling customer orders, quote requests, tracking shipments, supporting sales team directly
- Responding to supply chain updates including: orders in transit, accurate shipment updates, handling complaints
- Act as the liaison between production, marketing, shipping teams and customers
- Utilizing SAP Software for all quotes and orders
- Supporting Sales team to ensure smooth processing of orders, tracking logistics updates, maintaining strong customer relationships
Initiate escalation of customer disputes when warranted.
Looking For:
- High School Diploma or above
- 2 years+ working experience coming from Manufacturing or Distribution industry
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiples tasks / projects
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe products
- Bilingual in English / Spanish a big PLUS
