The Field Sales position entails selling within the independent restaurant space (1-15 location operators). As a Field Sales Rep, you will be responsible for the sales process from start to finish utilizing modern selling tools and methodologies.
The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:
- This role requires a high velocity of outbound prospecting via outbound calls, field prospecting, email outreach, and LinkedIn
- Selling SaaS Platform to independent restaurants
- Selling to owners of restaurants, marketers, and IT professionals
- The position requires a self-motivated, hard charging, sales professional
- Accountable for sales quota and daily metrics which include outbound calls, emails sent, appointments held, and revenue generated
The kind of experience you’ll need:
- Experience in sales in the technology space within hospitality or equivalent restaurant management experience
- 3+ years of proven track record of sales velocity and over-quota achievement, or history of success managing restaurants
- Preferred experience using sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Office 365, and other prospecting tools
- A tenacious prospector, self-motivated to exceed personal and team goals, enjoys prospecting to build pipeline 3 to 4 times quota
- A team player willing to grow in the role and progress their career in the company – a desire to climb the “ladder of success”
- Has excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
