Account Manager/Account Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key relationships, and growing our market share through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share, focusing on both new and existing distribution partners.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
  • Customer-Centric Strategy: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes to develop targeted
  • Industry Leadership: Establish regular touchpoints with partners and industry organizations to stay ahead of market trends, ensuring we remain competitive and visible
  • CRM & Sales Tools: Utilize CRM platforms to effectively track, manage, and optimize sales activities, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in business development or
  • Proven Success: A strong track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative & Independent: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
