Job Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will guide clients through their options, consulting with them to identify their needs and matching the right solutions, products, and benefits to their individual circumstances. You will work with leads and conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients, helping them understand how our financial services can support their goals.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with at least 2 years in sales or a customer service role required.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to turn prospects into clients.
  • Ability to engage with clients, providing tailored financial services solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in typing and navigating sales software.
  • Financial services sales experience or related certification is a plus but not required.

Position Details

  • This is a remote position, offering flexibility in your work environment.
  • Comprehensive, paid training provided in a remote environment to set you up for success.
  • Training duration: 16 weeks for those with prior industry experience, 18 weeks for those without.
  • Full benefits package available from day one.
  • You’ll handle a combination of inbound warm leads and outreach to new potential clients—you’ll initiate conversations with prospects to uncover opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Performance-based rewards and recognition opportunities.
  • Schedule: This position is Monday-Friday and we are flexible with hours to meet your needs. Occasional weekend work may be required to meet client demands.
  • All necessary computer equipment will be provided. You must be able to maintain a professional work environment, including a dedicated workspace with a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.

Compensation

  • Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Uncapped commission structure, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
  • Opportunities for additional bonuses and performance-based incentives.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
