Job Title: Regional Sales Executive – Syracuse, NY Area
Location: Work from anywhere within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY | Travel ~60%
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 base + Bonus (Year 1: 60% of base, Year 2: 80% of base) + 20% Company Bonus
About the Role:
We’re looking for a hungry, results-driven Regional Sales Executive to grow business in the Central ADE region. This is a high-energy role: 60% new business development and 40% managing existing accounts. You’ll travel extensively to build relationships, close deals, and drive revenue growth. What You’ll Do:

Prospect and secure new business opportunities.

Build and grow relationships with existing accounts.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales goals.

Conduct regular customer visits and provide tailored solutions.

Deliver presentations, workshops, and sales demonstrations.

Track pipeline, sales activity, and forecasts using Salesforce or CRM tools.

Stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
Who You Are:

5+ years in strategic sales or business development with proven revenue growth.

Experienced in consultative selling, account management, and contract negotiation.

Technical aptitude and comfort discussing services with clients.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Able to travel up to 60% of the time.

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
