Salary under $60k MAX – 
Please remember too that this is a non-exempt job meaning that 1.5x OT is part of the job.

Standard hours are 7:30-4:30  Which normally includes 1 hour lunch but most people cut it down to 1/2 lunch so they would work to 5 giving them 1 hour of OT.
But again that is the average where some weeks it can be 0 OT it is not guaranteed OT and fluctuates at end of month, physical inventory and year end.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Direct and Indirect Labor Report for all divisions.
  • Balance Cash, clear checks and provide reports to the Account manager.
  • Run Hot List & Aging report while reviewing for past due. Contact the customer as needed.
  • Prepare and enter Journal Entries for all divisions.
  • Apply A/R Cash into systems.
  • Run Crystal reports monthly to compare financials for accuracy.
  • Produce monthly commissions for all divisions and communicate to proper individuals.
  • Prepare year-end commissions for sales reps based on what they earned for the year.
  • Monthly reporting of Sales Reports.
  • Create Inventory Tickets and enter into an Excel file.
  • Maintain engineering change (cost roll ups), as directed.
  • Perform other similar or related duties as required or directed.
