Accountant

- Monday-Friday 8 -5
Position Duties:
- Need to run weekly payroll
- Responsible for working with the payroll service provider and the factory managers in the processing, monitoring, and reviewing of the hours and the weekly payroll, ensure that all salary increases, adjustments, paid time off, and bonuses are accurately calculated and processed.
- Responsible for the day-to-day full cycle accounting.
- Perform month-end closing account (bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, GL reconciliations), journal entries and compile various monthly reports.
- Upload financial statements in the consolidation software each month and work on the intercompany reconciliations with the other business unit accountants.
- Assist Plant Financial Controller in group requests and yearly budgeting processes.
- Help the purchase manager and the production management in monthly inventory management.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- 3-5 years of experience with payroll.
- Extremely Proficient and knowledgeable in Excel.
- Experience with ERP system is a must.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Strong interest in improving processes, seeking efficiencies, and implementing best practices.
Pay Rate:
- $35 – 37 Hour
