Accounting Coordinator
- Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
- Location: Nashua, Nh
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in accounting or business administration preferred.
- At least 2 years prior full-cycle Accounts Payable work experience.
- Advanced competency in accounting and business management software.
- Prior experience in CCRC, SNF and/or healthcare setting a plus.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple facilities and systems.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills with all residents, families and coworkers.
Responsibilities:
- Process day-to-day accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
- Enter and allocate invoices from multiple facilities; review expense reports and credit card statements.
- Obtain necessary approvals for invoices before posting and prepare weekly check runs.
- Handle urgent payment requests and follow up on outstanding items.
- Review vendor statements for accuracy and ensure proper vendor info for Form 1099 preparation.
- Address vendor inquiries and resolve issues.
- Prepare journal entries for month-end accruals and assist with accounting processes.
- Post ACH payments and record invoices in Fixed Asset system.
- Reconcile bank accounts and perform monthly general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare bi-weekly FTE reports and ensure accurate interface between paperless invoice system and GL system.
Pay: $28-32/hr
