Accounting Associate

  • Processing Accounts Payable Invoices, including creation of vendor payments
  • Allocate expenses to cost centers
  • Maintain Accounts Payable files
  • Customer Billing
  • Accounts Receivable Collections and account reconciliations
  • Create customer deposits and post in accounting software
  • Research account balances and activity
  • Maintain department Excel spreadsheets, as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
  • ConnectWise and Sage Intacct experience a plus
  • Strong Accounting Experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer-service driven
  • Able to multi-task
  • Positive and resourceful demeanor required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3-5 years (Preferred)
  • Sage Intacct (Preferred)
