Accounting Associate
- Processing Accounts Payable Invoices, including creation of vendor payments
- Allocate expenses to cost centers
- Maintain Accounts Payable files
- Customer Billing
- Accounts Receivable Collections and account reconciliations
- Create customer deposits and post in accounting software
- Research account balances and activity
- Maintain department Excel spreadsheets, as necessary
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
- ConnectWise and Sage Intacct experience a plus
- Strong Accounting Experience
- Detail oriented
- Customer-service driven
- Able to multi-task
- Positive and resourceful demeanor required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3-5 years (Preferred)
- Sage Intacct (Preferred)
