Establishes and maintains sound accounting controls for all revenues, expenses, disbursements, and receipts by adherence to Corporate and divisional accounting policies and procedures.

Ensures timely preparation of accurate monthly financial statements for U.S. and overseas locations by overseeing and/or reviewing all general accounting activity in the general ledger.

Prepares various exhibits, analyses, schedules, journal entries, tax packages, and Corporate reports for all locations.

Coordinates budgeting inputs and information from all locations during Preliminary and Final Profit Plan.

Monitors Freight costs.

Perform internal audits and write-ups as needed.

Monitors cash for all locations

Reviews monthly reporting and account analysis and suggests accrual adjustments to VP of Finance.

Ensures that all quarterly and annual financial workpapers are complete, accurate, and timely for all company locations, and are forwarded to Corporate headquarters according to schedule.

Reviews accounts payable disbursements (ACH/check) for all vendor/supplier payments, expense reimbursements, commissions, and customer rebates.
