About the job
The AM will manage the company’s accounting, reports, and compliance while working with multiple departments and scaling F&A. The ideal candidate will be advanced in accounting and have experience managing the month/year-end close for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. As well as audits and is strong on the systems side for optimizations.

Duties and Responsibilities
· General ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, and all general accounting activities with team
· Manage month-end close for multiple entities, and reporting in compliance with GAAP.
· Review, research, and analyze financial results, identifying and communicating key variances and underlying drivers.
· Collaborate cross functionally to identify and resolve process issues and implement process improvements.
· Manage audit and tax activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CMA/CPA or similar certifications a plus.
  • 7-10 years of advanced accounting experience, including leadership
  • Previous growth stage company is key
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, inventory, month-end, audits, etc.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems 
  • Strong Excel skills a must.
