National industry leader is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, persistent individual to join our Financial Operations team in an Accounts Receivable capacity. Individuals with limited experience in collections, accounts receivable, or business operations working with customer service and accounting support are encouraged to apply.

Financial Operations Associate
Southern, NH
22.00-24.00/hour  
FULLY REMOTE 
Schedule: 8:30-5 / standard business hours

Process various types of financial transactions. Validate all required documents/data has been provided and is accurate. Collaborate with internal and external business partners.

What your day will look like immersed in our culture:

  • Process a variety of financial transactions, accurately and efficiently
  • Validate required documents, dates and information have been provided and is accurate
  • Monitor exceptions and ensure timely response to/from business partners
  • Escalate aged items and drive resolution
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance quality, improve productivity and minimize risk
  • Run daily workflow reports
  • Engage management when processing days are at risk
  • Provide volumes and aging status to management during weekly meetings
  • Work closely with Operations and Finance teams
  • Respond and act on email correspondence to support all departments 
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
  • Other duties as requested to support clients

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to focus on accuracy while managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven customer service approach to problem solving
  • Proven ability to drive improvements through metrics
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as ability to work independently with self-motivation
  • Intermediate computer skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; Great Plains and/or Salesforce beneficial, but not required

  • Ready to hit the ground running in a very fast paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of dealership operations to include prior experience with manufacturer’s incentive programs, Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable
